Videos and their jobs are deleted 24 hours after they were last changed, so this is the last day's work.
Crashes in requests, failed jobs, failed backups and script errors in customers' browsers. The same problem again adds to its count instead of a new row; marking it fixed reopens it if it comes back.

Distinct browsers reaching each step, from the app's own anonymous step counter — a random id the browser makes up, never the account, and nothing from browsers that ask not to be tracked. Events are kept 180 days.
