How to use Caption Studio
  1. Drop a reel — MP4 or MOV, up to 3 min. Caption settings opens with it.
  2. Pick the language there. Hinglish writes Hindi speech in Roman letters. Add names and brand words so they come out spelled right.
  3. Paste the spoken script if you have it: the captions come out word-perfect and in sync. No script? It transcribes on its own and you fix words after. Then Transcribe — the editor opens when it's done.
  4. Fix words in the Words box. Changed a lot? Hit ↻ sync to lock them back onto the audio.
  5. Captions: read and correct the script sentence by sentence. Use Timing only when a caption needs precise edges, then Style and Animation to finish the look.
  6. Sound: clean up your voice, add music that dips while you talk, and sound effects on keywords and cuts.
  7. Choose a template and a transition, then tune font, size and position in Text. Drag any caption on the video to move just that one — or all of them.
  8. Turn on Safe zone above the video to keep captions clear of Instagram's buttons.
  9. Export an MP4 (720p, 1080p or 4K, 30 or 60 fps), captions only as a transparent MOV for your editing app — or an SRT / VTT subtitle file.
  10. ✨ Write the post (top right) writes the hooks, titles, description and hashtags to post the video with, from your own captions.
  11. On a phone or tablet: the video fills the screen and the current sentence sits under it. Use Captions, Timing, Style, Animation and More along the bottom. Pinch the timeline to zoom. ☰ has the complete menu.
Caption editing: ⌘/Ctrl F find & replace · ⌘/Ctrl G next match · Shift ⌘/Ctrl G previous match
